Of course. I get that. I think Community has always been divisive. We all get something different from it, we interpret it in different ways.

La la la la la la. Not happening. Nope.
Next weeks promo made me nervous. Based on what we saw, it looks like either Jeff or Abed is going to be having some sort of meltdown and imagining the darkest timeline as a result. Based on his arsehole behaviour all season, my money's on Jeff.
I think when you are deeply invested in something and it disappoints you, that's reason enough. I mean, in my opinion they've taken the basic premise of this show and ruined what made it special. But, you know, each to their own and all that.
Yes. Join me on the dark side. Finally. I have wine here.
OFFENCE TAKEN with this. Seriously.
I'm INFP and highly introverted based on that scale but whatever. Real people scare me. Ha!
"Hello, Retconning? Community's joining you. Yes, I'll hold."
Yeah, I actually lowered my grade after re-watch. I liked a few moments and I'm pleased Elizabeth is seemingly here to stay for the foreseeable but after thinking about it, it wasn't the best.
I love Schmidt and Winston's reaction to Nick sometimes sitting in the stall to listen to everyone talking: "Makes sense."
I can't remember where I read it but apparently they 'pitch-shifted' their voices so they sounded younger.
"I'm going on a date with Elizabeth tonight. I haven't had sex with her since I was fat and accessing my penis was like getting the remote control out of the couch."
I so happy Elizabeth is back. I felt more invested in her character after five minutes on screen last episode than I have with Cece the whole two seasons.
Exactly. I have no trust in the show runners at all. I'm sure plenty would disagree with me but I hated the way the show resolved the storyline with Jeff's father, a huge plot established over three seasons. If I didn't like that, it's highly likely I won't like them messing with their origins either. But as you said,…
Comfort? Gimmie. I hope you're right! I can definitely see Abed being fascinated by their origins and wanting to see if they were predetermined to meet. That part doesn't exactly bother me. It's what they do with it that's worrisome.
I think I was quite reserved in my earlier comment about this. I'm trying to not be so negative and down on everything about the show but yeah, pretty much dreading it too. I totally agree. This plot goes against the basic premise of the show. I loved that this group of people who never would have met otherwise get…
I'm reluctant to bring him into this but honestly, I can't see Harmon ever doing it because it goes against the basic premise of the show. The only reason I can think as to why they're doing this now is to retcon some character history or add extra weight to relationships that didn't need it in the first place. I'll…
Oh dear. What. Is. That?
So, I've been thinking. Am I the only one a little annoyed that this body swap was squandered on a pointless Troy/Britta storyline, rather than used as an avenue for Troy and Abed to learn some home truths about themselves and each other?
