I find myself enjoying this show. I'm going to curtail the comic book criticism, as let's face it, Green Arrow is a B, borderline C character, and has a fluid origin. So, go for it, WB. At least we're not getting the indeterminable kryptonite-powered freak of the week. DC has vast character resources, so have at it.

Ugh. Sandler should have vanished after Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore. Those were the only two "good" movies he ever made.

I thought this was an action movie/gangster flick? It's about Obama? WTF????

Well, Beth was a major theme in mnay of his columns, so, that was where there vague surprise stemmed from.
I am not making this up.

I don't remember The Creeper from TAS at all. Maybe I didn't see it. I can imagine absurdest, though. My point was about the comic book Creeper. Never got the appeal. Jack Ryder was such a dick. I get the whole anti-hero thing, but The Creeper was just…lame. He wasn't a hero, anti-hero, villain, or anything. I'm not

True. But my point wasn't made clearly. I mean, he always talked about Beth in such a way that you suspected seriously doting husband. The whole divorce/remarry seemed very quick/abrupt. Don't know. I guess it just stems from back when it happened- it seemed so jarring to the image he had cultivated. I'm fine with it,

Perhaps. But still, it would have worked as a throwaway line. Besides, when has any comic book movie bailed on an easter egg for fans for being "too subtle?"
