I Should Have Known there would be a pun thread… Why can't we Let It Die?

I was really looking forward to the new season of this show until I saw the opening credits and remembered that Alison Pill was on it.

Munn is a constant highlight. For a second I was waiting for the reveal that Sloan had been dating Messina's character and not Don… but it was Don. Yuck.

I don't, no. But I guess maybe the lead actors? Or the directing/cinematography?

I dig your rap. Affair consistently falls short of its ambitions and hasn't lived up to the pilot yet… nor do I expect it to.

I'm fucking sick of Channing Tatum, guys.

Is she the boy who wouldn't grow up or something?

KNOW-IT-ALL TRIVIA!

Holy shit! Can we talk about how Cole's thirty-ish-year-old brother was ten seconds from fucking Noah's sixteen-year-old daughter and his was reaction was, "Eh, I gotta go walk with this lady on the beach."

I'll be the dissenting voice here… While I agree the pilot was very careful in its plotting and characterization, this second episode felt, if not exactly sloppy, then certainly clunky in its struggle to move the story forward and keep us engaged. Huge dip in quality this week.

I'm going wildcard - Noah's son. His death was teased in the pilot (the faux hanging) and now he's got a new job working for Alison's husband… at a potentially dangerous place, where the script goes out of its way to establish that he has no experience or practical knowledge whatsoever. The shared tragedy of dead

Absolutely. It was an accusation of Alison's failure as a mother disguised as an offer of help. Alison may be culpable in the death of her son (or at least some characters think so).

What kind of a word is "Pipe?"

We're not gonna talk about Judy.

I can't wait to hear every single track of this except the ones Miley Cyrus is on.

I'm just gonna keep saying this… Our Love to Admire is a work of breathtaking genius, and I really can't understand why it gets filed away as a "lesser" album. Moody, propulsive, haunting and for my money the best thing these guys have ever done.

I AM GROOT!!

Bite my scab!

You seem like a bona fide sludgecicle man.
