Yep.  Caper is just fantastic.  Charles Grodin, the John Cleese scene, the cutaways between the villains' inventory ("Walkie talkies" "Check" "Night goggles" "Check") and the muppets' ("Peanut butter"  "I think Animal ate it"), everything is great.
