I don't really like this show. But this episode was fantastic.

I loved it (and I hated The Event, FlashForward, V, Revolution, etc.).

Anyone clear on the timeline? So Davina dies, everyone's devastated, and then Klaus and Rebekah decide to pop back to Virginia to fuck the pretty people? I don't get it.

I thought she sounded pretty great, to be honest.

You guys. Becca Tobin. That is all.

This one was probably my favorite, but are we just going to ignore the fact that the C-plot didn't end? Still a lot of work to be done here.

I'm thinking I like Merchant the least, but it's only because his story is the same in every episode and it's so fucking relentless, it just seems boring. But Woods and Torrance actually hit an emotional chord for me with this one. Best episode yet, I say.

I saw the grade and have been putting this episode off for three days now. Just finished it. Quite liked it. Kaiser, I trusted you!

I heard "Fargo."

…NCIS and SHIELD. Parks would get even worse ratings on Tuesdays, outside of the comfort of a dilapidated-but-still-standing Thursday night comedy block.

Agreed. The Petraeus reveal was comedy gold and Munn's always had some pretty great comedic timing.

Also also: Yeah, that was real hot.

So we're just not going to talk at all about how the whip-noise runner was blatantly cribbed from Friends? Huh. OK. WAP-PA!

If it wasn't clear, my "diatribe" was against the fact that the challenge was designed to fuck with Dawn, regardless of who won. I did mention that I think it's fundamentally flawed that winning a challenge lost a game, but that was not the thesis.

No, Cochran's mom is in GREAT physical shape and could have won that challenge in half the time that "Raymond" did. But before the show, Cochran said, "Hey mom, this is the one challenge WE DO NOT WANT TO FUCKING WIN. THROW THAT SHIT" and she understood and obliged.

Eh, you're right. I'm not entirely sure Brenda would have been so high on Cochran's radar tonight if it hadn't been for her buying goodwill at the reward challenge, but yeah, I'm sure she would have been right next to Eddie and would have gone home either tonight or at 5.

I've been actively upset with Survivor twice in the entire show's run, and both those times have been in this season (which, by and large, I've found fantastic). Brandon's meltdown was not entertaining; it was uncomfortable through and through and shouldn't have been fetishized for my viewing pleasure (although I was

Popular opinion is that Season 9 opens with the wedding and Ted meeting the mother at the wedding.

Did you see Cochran's face while Philip was talking? That was not a strategic move, I guarantee it.

To be fair, Hot Saucerman stole the "I'll allow it. …But watch yourself, counselor" joke from John Mulaney, cadence and all. And probably resteals it about once a month.
