I haven't seen it, but I'll keep an open mind if I come across it. I'm amenable to a change of heart, but let's just say I'm skeptical.

It was an intentional parallel structure to agree visually and aurally with "more frazzled," but thanks for the unsolicited grammar lesson.
Oh, is that what it was referring to? I didn't understand the subtext on that one, so thanks for clearing that up.
ok
I think it's easy for people to assume that when you don't agree with them politically on EVERYTHING, that you're far-right or far-left or whatever. I'm an aggressive moderate, which means all my Republican friends think I'm a tree hugging Communist and all my Democratic friends think I'm a gun-toting, Ayn…
Have you noticed that she has "mood" hair? When she's calm and collected and together, her hair is perfect. When she's frazzled, her hair is frizzy. And the more frazzled she is, the more frizzy her hair is.
Bingo.
The show is very careful about presenting both sides in terms of their respective plusses and minuses. If the show was as right wing as this reviewer claims, we would not have had the story line about the unlawful detention and interrogation we had in this episode. Any good right winger would have quickly…
I think the point was to say the civil liberties argument is valid but oftentimes the media goes about it all wrong.
The characters are mostly fleshed out, but not in an interesting way. What was that entire Angela Bassett sequence tonight? Why? Who? Where? How? None of it was interesting. None of it told me a great deal about the character or her motivations. And to take an Academy Award nominated actress like Bassett and give her…
Strong season through the last episode, where I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. Then this episode happened. I won't even list all my grievances because I don't want to relive the ennui, but this season just veered into I-don't-friggin-care territory. Oh well.
Right? Ugh, this show.
And are we sure it's the character's chronic short-sightedness or the writers' inability to write coherent scripts on a consistent basis?
Um… no. But if that's what you choose to believe to make yourself feel superior, then you should run with that.
One could also successfully argue that you're easily amused.
The show did not go over the reviewer's head. Sorry, that's not why the review is negative.
Sorry. She sucks.
Umm… ok. She's one of the worst actresses I've ever seen in my life, but apparently she has an audience for some reason. To each his own.
There was something positive that came out of the season: the growing awareness that casting Emma Roberts in anything is a giant mistake. Ryan Murphy needs to admit he was wrong about her and move away from this skinny casting catastrophe.
Usually Ryan Murphy shows take 3 seasons to get truly horrible. Murphy's outdoing himself here; he did that all in just one short season! Kudos.
Astrid from the BND would absolutely know if Carrie was an agent.
Again, it's not that big of a deal. Reality is boring. I don't mind a few wonky bits of unbelievability if the overall story they're telling me is something that interests me.
My interpretation of it was as follows:
Dog lady: "Now?"
Allison: "No, not yet."
What any of that means will hopefully be explained next episode. And I'm really impressed how many different protocols these CIA people have to learn. I have trouble remembering my login password at work, and I'm sure I would have totally…
