1000 Homo DJs did a cover of Black Sabbath's "Supernaut" with Reznor on vocals that my tween self thought was amazing. Back then it was hard to get reliable info on what was going on with something like 1000 Homo DJs, and I thought it was some Ministry/NIN/Dead Kennedys supergroup.

Epicene they actually has a long history. Its use wasn't always derided by prescriptivists.

This series has basically been a 50 hour movie with a pretty decent budget in terms of special effects, locales, acting, direction, music, etc., and it wouldn't have even been possible not too long ago. The Golden Age of Television has spoiled some people.

One of the best lines ever from Archer: "Sorry for trying to spit-roast your mom."

From Shireen to Meereen, these are the days of our lives and the nights that are dark and full of terrors.

Howdy! :) My notifications went kaput after the deluge of spambot responses so I'm just now seeing this.

Well one of you appears to have succeeded. All of its posts are gone. Some have still left "This comment has been deleted" notices behind, but most have been wiped off the face of the AV Club completely.

It looks like someone just straight up removed most of its posts from every article. There are a few "This comment has been deleted," but most have been zapped outright. Looks like it's over.

It's going on in multiple articles all at the same time. Definitely a hack, and yeah—it's a regular commentator. Crazy.

It's hitting multiple articles all at the same time. It's definitely not a single person, if a person at all.

This is horrible. Also, the SpamBot that has taking over YourNeighhborhoodChemist is giving the AT-5000 auto-dialer from that episode of The Simpsons a run for its money. I've had six notifications in the past fifteen minutes—all replies from it, some to stuff I posted days ago. Anything still on the main page appears

Right. I haven't seen Montage of Heck, but it doesn't strike me as being presented as "this is the objective truth" documentary, and The Kid Stays in the Picture is basically Evans just acting as raconteur with really entertaining visuals accompanying his narrative. It's from his point-of-view, and I've always thought

"He took Evan's word…"

I thought she said nothing happened between them because he wasn't into it and because she was turned off by how he was circumcised (which apparently is completely eliminated in the future, if the rest of the crew's reaction is any indication). And I thought he asked to be thrown out into space because he wanted to

Hey thanks for the head's up—I hadn't heard about that. I just did a search for him and found the DGA piece. I'm reading it now.

Heh. I think I know what you're referring to, and I was in the same boat. It's odd reading through the review and the comments and seeing people guess at things or bemoan where they think things are going and even cite some kind of evidence (the season trailers, mostly) to support them, knowing how some of those

I was just asking about this up top, and I had the same reaction.

*Spoiler from the books*

I did, and as I said elsewhere it ended up being a Faustian bargain with the cliffhanger that ends episode 4. I'll be waiting a month to see how it shakes out, and re-watching each episode in HD from week to week in the meantime.

Oh yeah! Her.
