I agree (and it's a blast to read!) but he's mostly concerned with the lyrics and the mood of the song, rather than the tune. He barely mentions the song's melody, and it's a great melody. He's right that it resembles Yellow Brick Road, but then he says that he doesn't like that one much either. This is baffling:

I'm a fan of Robyn Hitchcock, but it's a bummer that so many people dislike songs like Arthur's Theme and We Built This City.
