Love using lamb in chili. Sometimes I use those pre cooked smoked turkey thighs.

Usually do corn bread too. Box mix, add cheese curds, scallion, El Paso canned chilies, and bacon. Cook the bacon in the baking dish first, leaving a bit of the fat behind. Preheat the dish in the oven while you make the batter, then pour the batter into the hot pan, makes a great crust.

I do love seeing how people are fleeing his name / brand. Residents of one of his NYC apt buildings are petitioning to change the name of the building, and according to Yelp or some such site check ins (which are not 100% accurate indications of visits) are way down at his hotels.
