I had their IPA for the first time in ages and I thought it was barely drinkable. Trillium, Nightshift, Treehouse etc have spoiled me rotten when it comes to IPAs.
IPA as a purely bitter beer is kind of an outdated concept. IPA has evolved well beyond the palate crushing bitterness that was so prominent years ago. Many (east coast, at least) are much more about showcasing the hops by adding them later in the boil, or via dry hop.
