I think it's my second day, but I can't finish the bridge to reunite them. I think I wasted a day exploring, not realizing I could toss Pikmin across the river there, so I don't have enough food left. I think I need to go back a day or so, now understanding the layout of the area.

I just picked up Final Fantasy IV on iOS, my first FF game. I'm liking it so far, but I'm still getting used to the combat system (aka, I'm pretty terrible), which is a lot more involved than I would have guessed, and using the 'auto' mode seems pretty ineffective.
