Just wait till the History Channel does "The Koran".
Which would have a weird talking baby Jesus, if I recall correctly.

In the Game of Messiahs, you win *and* you die.
Sometimes. Sometimes you just eat some bad pork to be polite.

That's a lot of nods.

The episode prior to that had one of the better defenses of humanism I've seen in media too.

Featuring special guest star Richard Dawkins as Pontus Pilate.

I'd respect them if they pulled a Inglorious Basterds and murdered Jesus right in the first season finale, when no one would expect it.

I think the opposite… .they'd make Jesus the handsome kid that was good at sports *and* academics. Fuck you buddy, you should only get to be good at one.

And I'm sure it will come with a lot more incest. Like… at least 3 HBOs worth of incest.

I dunno… I've heard a lot of people speaking out about receiving a lot of harassment when they go into super majority male programs, even from the professors. A lot of philosophy programs in the US have been having real problems with it lately (made a little amusing because then they devote hours of talk to 'what

Yeah, the movie somehow made the whole story work, and I think its because they didn't focus as much on Blomqvist, who *gasp* wrote that sometimes, corporations are BAD!

But you do it wrong and you get Atlas Shrugged.

You could count Zoe under the umbrella of politician since she was activist.

In the good news, those same people are also libel to be sued (and maybe even prosecuted) back here in the US, where the stuff happening in Uganda is considered a human rights abuse.

It hardly surprises me. Some of the anti-gay marriage people and organizations have started going to Eastern Europe and Russia to lobby for the criminalization of homosexuality. Its funny how much they talk about slippery slopes when their own agenda clearly leads towards intimidation and violence.

There are good parts to North Carolina. Course, there's also Fayetteville.

While appealing in the abstract, I think there is something to be said for not turning punishment into entertainment. Enough entertainment is punishment enough on its own.

Perhaps someone has mentioned this already, if so, sorry, but I pick World of Warcraft. The combination of trying to turn a bunch of real life and WoW friends into a guild, and trying to beat my head against really, really hard boss monsters in Burning Crusade eventually lead me to just quit in a huff. That game (as
