He's regularly regarded as the "voice of metal." I don't know a single rocker who doesn't love at least some of his work. Hell, I know punk and alternative guys who revere Dio! He was one of the great singers. Bizarre article.

Not really true. Sabbath's "Dehumanizer" and his solo band's "Angry Machines" are a point in favor.
It looks to me that Pete may very well live the life that Don could never have or at least, in his current persona.
Pete has been an idiot for much of the series but yet, he does have decency and compassion and it's been growing throughout the series. In this episode, we finally see him "get it." It's great to be a "success," but not if you don't have the things that really matter. I think he always loved Trudy. He did horrible…
King Diamond!
What about the .45 long slide with laser sightings?
I probably got the biggest laughs out of this than any other this season. The film really resembled one of those hack job messes they use to throw together back in the 80s and 90s (and likely, still do) with the marquee value of one questionable "star" being used to pad out a feature film.
Leonard as Dracula was way…
She was insanely gorgeous in that sci-fi getup.
The movie has to be something like "The Search for Troy." It needs to be about reuniting these characters!
All of Cronenberg's early work are must-sees if you are a horror/science fiction enthusiast. In the case of things like THE FLY, i'd even go so far as to say they are just film essentials.
They are probably (outside of Hammer's work) the best horror remakes ever made. Herzog's NOSFERATU can be added to that short list as well. I also have some fondness for the 1988 remake of THE BLOB, which also had some fairly nifty effects. I guess I could also add CAT PEOPLE, though I never thought that one…
Now that is some cool trivia! I never knew that.
I never understood the concept of two swords. If anything it would IMPEDE one's progress and accuracy, not to mention being unwieldy. With two guns, especially in westerns, the idea is to compensate for lack of appropriate firepower by throwing out more lead. Two swords is just idiotic.
Note to filmmakers: Video games…
George Romero is such a nice guy, too. He's like some lovable old hippie who makes extremely violent and political movies.
It was a very bad movie. Instead, of being about a bunch of weird, old Norwegian dudes who probably ended up killing each other, it has American (!) characters including one portrayed by Mary Winstead Elizabeth (!) doing a poor Ellen Ripley imitation.
The film's CGI is appalling and just makes one yearn for Rob…
I love Ben Kingsley's reason for making that movie. He said he always wanted to play a vampire but nobody would cast him! I thought that was pretty cool.
Madsen always seems like a cool guy. He reminds me of the classic tough guy actors that Hollywood is (sadly) in such short supply of. He's always a welcome presence.
A perfect close to one of the most compelling modern westerns made. The ending was effectively sentimental and that last fine was about perfect. Boyd is locked up but his spirit is still there and Ava is free and with a child of her own. I feel that the child could very well be that second chance that Boyd never had,…
I'm glad that Michael Clarke Duncan was spared this indignity.
Logic and rationality would frighten far too many.
