No, that was in Season 4 I believe. I think it was the third or fourth episodes. Definitely not the best, but then it rebounds for most of the rest of the season.

Yeah, I read that story too (pretty cool, actually, if a bit laggy). I'm hoping they give it a good review just so I can watch opinion on it backpeddle (ie, "oh man, I just gave it a few more listens over the weekend and it TOTALLY clicked, man! Lovin it! Groovy tunes!")
Who hates Season 4?
Texas is actually pretty sweet. I often find myself missing the landscape, the people, and the distance between destinations—one can drive on and on towards the horizon, watching the sun dip below a hill before ever coming upon anything resembling a city.
Yeah, for real. I'm all down to hear arguments to include the fifth season in with the "still good" era, but the best? You're just fucking with us now, Todd.
@avclub-b4238f7793ec8c1a632f14f2a1766c68:disqus Are you telling me that Will Smith, the only actor to have eight films gross over $100 million in a row wouldn't be able to get interesting and varied roles if he wanted? The guy who backed out of Django Unchained because he thought the other guy was the lead and that he…
I'm surprised such a mediocre film has such passionate fans. Man, twelve year olds are crazy.
Yes and no. On one hand it's cool. On the other, user reviews are almost always crazy, useless bullshit whether it's people giving a video game a 1 for changing the hair color of a main character, a low yelp review because an obscure, unrelated need wasn't met, or a one start rating for a song on iTunes that has…
"And then subsequently imploded in a most depressing fashion" should be the second half of that headline.
I've only ever seen the first season, but I will love it forever solely for the opening of "Ghosts of the Sargasso." Any show willing to just straight up quote "Space Oddity" is fine by me.
See:
Wow, that's awesomely weak.
So, I'm not going to read the other comments, but because people wouldn't shut up about the Khan thing, I've already had that spoiled for me. Is it still worth seeing? Is it a good Khan? Or is it just going to make me angry or something?
I'm not sure how you could watch a post-Romero zombie movie and NOT expect a "MAYBE WE ARE THE MONSTERS?!?" style twist at some point. 28 Days Later was in no way the first to do it even if it does it very well.
I sort of agree, but most definitions of "humanist" have expanded to include "concern with the interests, needs, and welfare of humans" in which case I feel like the use here is fine.
So glad someone else is loving RAM. Such a ballsy move on Daft Punk's part.
Worst bait and switch of Season 6 for me wasn't even a mystery. It was Jack's Superman Punch that when it came back from the commercial turned into a tackle.
Wait, that's really how it starts?
People always refer to the backhalf of season 2 of Twin Peaks as the whole thing for some reason. About half to two-thirds (depending on how generous you are) of Season 2 is pretty good to excellent. In the back tail, though, it nosedives and stays down until it pulls out of it. For some reason, those episodes (which…
Oh man. Those are the best. Have you seen the "For African American Audiences" versions that are just copies of preexisting tracts with a different name and the main characters colored in?
