It's definitely clearly CGI, but who knows how it will play on a big screen.
Cuaron's also a director, though, who I can forgive not the most stellar CGI because the rest of the film is probably pretty incredible. Then again, a lot of the special effects tricks in Children of Men are simultaneously pretty damn subtle…

Even if he can't top it, and only comes close, that'd still be a really, really, REALLY good film.
What I'm saying is Children of Men is a goddamn modern classic.

I watched the first few and then this one. Maybe there's good stuff in between, but I didn't really see it.
Wanted to like it at the start, but I've been done since about sometime Season 3 I guess.

Remember the actual awesome staging and coordination of the previous paintball episodes? Or the zombie one? Where shit actually felt kinetic? That was cool. Wonder why they didn't do that.
