I'm with @paraclete_pizza:disqus on this one. The look felt like a generic rip off of Tron, not a continuation of its style and that bugged me to no end.

Hey fellow fuck-why-is-IMAX-so-expensive-in-NYC-er!

Yeah, I definitely think it could've been better and maybe it's because I went in to it with pretty low expectations, but I really enjoyed it when I saw it.

@avclub-4caf6aa0375b2499ebfe7e971b36eee3:disqus er, speak for yourself. Gotta handle this anxiety somehow.

Metal gear?!

Boston, please join us IN BEING REALLY FUCKING SAFE, OKAY YOU GUYS?

Congratulations, @avclub-554c0a0cbf2801f5b0ae39d67b921606:disqus ! You are now officially an adult!

I got the Criterion of it and have been meaning to watch it for a few weeks now. Maybe this weekend.

No, this isn't a Mass Effect movie. No husks.

She jokes about a Boba Fett origin story too, though, so I'm going to guess she either didn't see the prequels or doesn't actually know anything about Star Wars. Either way, she's probably living a better life than I because of it.

Usually, when I tell this story, I pretend it was to watch The Matrix, but not today.

May the midicancerAIDS flow through your veins, chosen one.

Have? Have what, Eakin? HAVE WHAT?!?

I'm hoping that maybe having Nolan around tempered some of his shitty sides, but his knack for being able to shoot action stays on.

It at least sounds like he's going for something sonically different than Batman so that's good.

I wonder if they're going to be all coy about it and never call him Superman until the ending of it or something.

Ugh.

He's apparently kicking around the idea of going back to TV.

Beat my by a minute. I blame CTRL+Fing for "David Lynch" to double check I wasn't going to be redundant. Alas.

OH NO! WHAT WILL DAVID LYNCH DO NOW?!
