The showtime shows have a different sensibility. All of them are step below even the worst HBO fare but they pander to what audiences want - sex and scandal. Personally, not a huge fan of House of Lies but they show is worth it just to see Cheadle go from friendly face to "fuck you" in an instant.

What happened was Apple settled for 8 million which opened the floodgates. Amazon and everyone else either settled earlier or agreed to pay the license fee.

I caught a little bit of this one and the pure comedy of the image of burns in batman tights was enough for me. The humor flowed from that. We can't expect the glory days but good to see a solid, if not stellar, burnsey episode.

the best part is the last minute…its a good hook to the show if that's how they plan on ending it all the time.

I think the Holy Grail Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade ripoff was my favorite. It had it all. 
I clearly remember missing the first minute of part 2 which was the most important because it showed him getting out of the pendulum device. Still not sure how he got out. I think he kicked it. Nonetheless, I was dazzled…

That show was great because there were always boobies, on the HBO version at least. Judith went on to big things but what happened to Martin Tupper and his best friend (the black tv show host)? They both fell off the face of the planet. Not to mention the actor who played Martin's kid. Great episode when the teen…
