Don't know if that has been mentioned - probably has. But I thought the bug was obvious an obvious allusion to "bug" and foreshadowing an episode coming up with that similar darkness.
Gut feeling is they'll do a "contained" episode in one of their new house labs.

lol. Man, I barely remember the movie. Haven't seen it ages. I saw it when I was like 10 so your read is likely the right one.

Yeah….you hated him so much but then felt sympathy for him when he lost his brother. The characters you despise tend to be the best acted, imho.

I think the reviewer has very valid points about the coverage. However, at the end of the day, for me at least, the Olympics is just something to have running on the T.V. throughout the day and looks good on a 60" tv. There's really no way to avert the conflicts when something airs half a day prior to when we see it.

Who would have known: Skinny Pete can play the keys!

I have to say, that final shot with Posey in the foreground and the city lights in the back, and how her faces morphs from this manic expression to completely composed…maybe one of the most cinematic shots on television. Louie transcends the medium and I was completely blown away. He truly is an auteur.

I'd say pretty harsh. I barely remember Not without my Anus but. Not sure if I was even watching consistently back then. But I'm not still bitter about it being the season 2 premier. it seems like that fact is the core of the reviewer's negativity. As for "Cartman's Mom," that's a classic. The announcer gag is corny

Never played Gabriel Knight 2 but I remember all the hoopla. Loved the first one  (until it crashed 90% of the way through). Good call-out.

I went to summer camp for a few years. It can be really fun but also "Lord of the Flies." Camp Saginaw.

The two shows come from different places.
The Wire is really an extended 'The Corner' and themes from "Homicide." Those shows aim for a realistic portrayal of the effect of drugs on society, focusing on the inner city.
