Like Noel says above Nixon (breakthrough album - bigger, band-led with catchier songs), Is A Woman (paired down, quieter release, lots of piano) are good. Rather than Damaged, I'd reference their last album, OH (Ohio) as a better bet. Any of those three are good places to begin. This new one is quite a bit inspired by
