The brilliant first half of this episode was sadly marred by the inane and frankly awful lost-and-depressed-white-guy-goes-to-mystical-asian-land-to-find-himself track in the second half. Resorting to a tired old trope, this was probably one of the worst moments of Louie, not just in this season, but ever.
