I don't understand how SP mocking Obamacare (which gets shrugged at here) is any different than SP mocking George Zimmerman.

Did people really like the Billion Dollar movie? That shit was way to gross out humor intense for me. Felt like a kindred spirit to Freddy Got Fingered.

I was going to call you a heretic but then I look at Season 9 and the one Golden Episode "Joy of Sect" was showrunned by David Mirkin. Okay so it was 8 Golden Seasons with 9 and 10 being forgettable with some okay jokes.

"P.S., I am gay."

8 Dislikes? Man Al Jean and his hack writing team must be browsing the AV Club.

For what it is, an HBO Series that HBO is too snooty to play on their refined network it's a really well made show. I'm glad it's not being ran into the ground I guess.

Okay just watched this episode, I really disagree with the reviewer I thought it was much better. Edgar Allen Poe being a bratty teenager was very amusing.

I think a bit of the joke is that Pete is the constant winner when he's the biggest loser of The League. Divorced, rarely has a girlfriend, shitty slacker job, his whole life just revolves around a Fantasy Football League that he's only won once since the series started.

I thought they served their purpose quite well in "Raisins" but yeah beyond that I've never found them to be very funny characters. The one about them and the Vampire kids is one of least favorite episodes, can't tell you a damn thing about it besides the fun "Burning Down The Hot Topic" song.

I'm betting you had Dish because the same thing happened to me. Also what's with Comedy Central that they can't play the new episode of South Park more than once? Don't tell me they get more money just by doing Paid Programmming so early.

Well in this "Algernon" competition I'm going to have to go with The League as the stronger episode. I felt Sunny was far too predictable (also due to FX spoiling the punchline that Charlie's invention was just total nonsense) and I'm also not fond of the idea that Charlie Kelly is donkeybrained. He can be totally in

Yeah I remember hearing about Tor a few years back and knowing that the future of that place was no good.

And George Bernard Shaw loved Stalin, he was without a doubt talented but the man didn't know everything.

Oliver Stone hasn't made a good film in the last two decades, guy shouldn't criticize anyone. Two words: Washed Up.

He's a highlander. Which was cleverly hinted at in Talladega Nights.

I guarantee they'll ruin it due to the play's perceived sexist nature. Eliza will either leave Henry Higgins for good or she'll make him a better person by being a manic pixie dream girl. Either way they'll take the bite out of the story, same for any modern adaptation of "Taming of the Shrew."

I was thinking that it is funny that it's called Treehouse of Horror when only the first episode involved Bart's Treehouse.

I'll count that as the best thing The Simpsons has done since Behind The Laughter so that's 13 years to be exact.

Now I don't understand FX's scheduling at all.

Well compared to their previous dog themed show this is very nice of FX.
