Wouldn't that be "The Mephisto Waltz" rather than "The Medusa Waltz"

1) It was excellent craftsmanship besides the teal/orange thing. 2) I'm a time lord.

Beyond the obvious good movies I rather liked Unstoppable, it almost feels like a kind of seventies high-concept thriler. This is sad news. RIP

"according to Commando, in the ’80s, people shopped in places that looked like a giant clown vomited everywhere." Excellent work.

Does anyone want to talk about Hard Times? What a great film.

mwah dunno. Old Stallone is more enjoyable than old Schwarzenegger. I think this is a pretty fundamental thing about their differences as action tars. At some level one acknowledged Stallone as an actor (especially in Rocky, First Blood, Copland). His best films are sincere. Schwartzenegger's actionfare always seemed

I think people are really discrediting George Lucas too much. He did make American Grafitti which is a very fine film and I find it hard to believe that the first trilogy could turn out so well despite of him. Whatever talent he may possess today one really shouldn't dismiss his work on the original films.

Couldn't agree more. The obligatory lowpoint is definitely the least interesting part of the movie. You could see it miles away that there was going to be some big reveal about the super dead dad. It just seems so forced.
