Agreed. The Daniel Radcliffe episode of "Extras" even  highlights insensitivity towards people with Downs Syndrome, but it was done from a dignified point of view whereas this show appears hamfisted. One wonders how Andy Millman can appear more morally ballanced than Gervais himself.
