I probably could have remembered Elastic Lad if I kept thinking about it, but not the others.

It's not a terrific movie, but the fact that it was about two super-powered, flame-throwing brothers was enough to blow my mind when I saw it as a teen. They even have a big showdown at the end. And hey, Dennis Quaid!

Like him or no, that Armen episode of Who Charted was a must-listen. It's like a tightrope act of awkwardness. He's got a certain something, but good lord is he self-conscious.

Bill Hader's story on WTF is about Martin Kove (the evil sensei from Karate Kid), not William Zabka (the evil student from Karate Kid).

On a related note: can we name all of the stretchy guys?
Mr. Fantastic
Super Skrull
Elongated Man
Plastic Man
Elasti-Girl

I think "Plastic Man is already there. We don't need two stretchy guys" is my favorite line on any episode of this show.

Not familiar with either song. Could they possibly be in the same league as "Amazed"?

Dish!

For me, she'll forever be the fantastic Carol Vessey.

I have no objection to someone taking a few whacks at a heavily hyped sacred cow, and in fact that's exactly what I want from a site like this.

Holy shit — Stephen Bowie is really Lena Dunham!

A-HA!

Quiet Schilling! Quiet Schilling!

It feels wrong to call it a "cameo" as Sims does, because that implies that he was a well-known public figure at that point, which was not the case. When he appeared in this GG episode, Family Guy was about to be cancelled for several years and McFarlane had yet to launch any of his other shows or appear on any of

#HARDE

Does anyone else have the same thing as me where you assume someone's user pic is one thing until you actually look at it closely, whereupon you realize that it's something else entirely? This has happened to me countless times.

PAAAIIINNNTBAAALLL!!!

It is, but the potency is supposed to come from the similarities. It's not about aliens, because there are no aliens in real life. It's about man's inhumanity to man.

Honestly, it was the song I was talking about.
