I don't know if that last episode of Sherlock was actually good, but it was entertaining.

I don't know if that's really the case, but the best college teams (and therefore biggest college football fandom) exist in predominantly white areas, so it wouldn't be unexpected.
Don't give up - human-podcast marriages will be legal in the U.S. one day.
I get it too, but I also don't think it's anything worth getting peeved about. It's not the sleight to sports that wallflower thinks it is.
I don't know about lacking "clutchness" but I definitely think it makes it difficult to argue for him as the GOAT. Manning has his 1 ring, so he's in the conversation, but Marino has never seriously been considered the GOAT, so playoff success clearly matters to some extent.

Well, I agree with you that there is a lot of luck involved in the playoffs and a 9-11 record doesn't credit Peyton with the fact that he gets his teams a bye almost every year (which is basically like a free victory) while Eli misses the playoffs more often than not. And yeah, the defensive line unit was the real…

Eh? Most of the people in the comments section of that article are pretty supportive of it. It's nothing that wouldn't be found on say ESPN's Page 2 (do they still have that?) or as a guest article on Grantland. It doesn't suggest at all that football isn't worth caring about.
This year is really just a bonus. With all the drama regarding Welker and Hernandez over the off-season, in addition to putting 107% of the salary cap on IR, I think all we can really expect from the Pats is 1 playoff win, or at least to avoid a miserable collapse a la Kansas City.
Peyton has as many championships as he deserves. He threw a pick-6 to seal the loss against New Orleans and he stumbled into his first and only one (3 TD, 7 INT). Eli had 2 go-ahead comeback drives in the last minutes of 2 Superbowls.
The 5th season will extend for all time, past the end of this universe and through all future universes.
Are you jealous of the heat? The obvious way to fight back is make him jealous of the cold.

Well, those comments actually go with the first episode (a B). There were things that worked too, I just didn't feel like expounding them.
I enjoyed the way Moffat and co. trolled viewers with the first "explanation", but the actual one turned out to be not that different.
Sherlock 3x01: B
Final reveal over how Sherlock survived the fall was kind of lame. Would've preferred even the 2nd one.
That also resembles a sexual act.
