I don't know, I find it incredibly inane that it's innately sexist or racist to cast Doctor Who as a white man. Certainly it's a safe choice, but it's ridiculous to characterize as a wrong one.

Their take on Claire is a bit of stretch. She's not the voice of reason in the show. Viewers aren't laughing at her attempt to "maintain normalcy", their laughing at her exaggerated mannerisms.

The main thought going through my head is "They better not fuck this up".
