Hey @khalleron:disqus, help me in a newer thread up above to dispel the "She should have known better!" myths. I'm drowning, ha.

@Joe Propinka:disqus and @Genji:disqus — even without family disapproval/shame, assaults happen multiple times, even if "they should have known better."

My point is that Genji, Captain Caveman, and others here are repeating the same tired mythology of sexual assaults. Every single person I've known or worked with who've been assaulted was assaulted multiple times by the same perpetrator and "should have known better."

Buddy…please do some research on sexual assault survivors/victims.

Someone is replying, and I'll anticipate your argument — I've met plenty of women who were the biggest opponents towards a woman who was sexually assaulted. Pulling up 3 random women as an argument against the reality of sexual assault "culture" (I dislike this overused phrase) is nonsense.
