My experience with aggressive bottoms is that they don't really know what the fuck they want. It is kind of like a sub who wants to get sassy. Nobody has time for it.
There are compact flash and floppy-to-usb-stick drives for old PCs. That is what I use when I'm restoring old (as old as 1982) PCs.
