I was about to suggest that Monkey Man would be another possibility. Then I realized that would sound really racist.

I disagree. I understand where you're coming from, in that it had a very different flavor than other episodes. But I really, really liked it. Eden has always been irritating, but she wasn't enough to ruin the episode or the back half of the season for me.

Ryan Shay is my favorite thing. I like how the show is fleshing him out while still maintaining his perfect idiocy.

But he gets a lifetime pass for "Devil Town."

But he has this repellant anti-charisma. Everything he does just seems fake and dramatized and weird.

I hope that as he uses up his thousand words the movie gradually turns black-and-white and silent, and Jean Dujardin appears out of nowhere and everyone dances.

But it has so much heart. That's what sets it apart for me. So I hope it's emotionally satisfying as well as funny.
