Original release date
I've noticed this on other DVD reviews here so I'm not just picking on this one. Do you think you could start including the original release date for movies you review in the DVD section, especially older ones. I know I could just go to IMDB and look it up, but it would be easier if you

Extract?
Doesn't Labor Day weekend still count as the sort-of official end of the summer movie season. Because if it does then HOLY SHIT THERE"S A NEW MIKE JUDGE MOVIE COMING OUT LABOR DAY WEEKEND! And it's got Jason Bateman…and Mila Kunis.

I feel I would be remiss if I didn't jump on the love for T3, although I don't really have anything to add to the thread other than to say the DVD has one of the best deleted scenes I've ever seen.

I was hoping there would be a "Secret of NIMH" thread somewhere. I watched the unholy shit out of that movie when I was a kid, largely due to the fact that HBO played the unholy shit out of it and the fact that it's a great movie. Till the day I die, whenever I agree with something, I will hear Dom DeLuise's voice

Mikey and Mallory
Seeing the teaser for next week with Alpha and Echo acting like serial killers in love (I think she even put on a southern accent) made me think of "Natural Born Killers". So were Alpha and Echo always serial killers when they were first brought to the Dollhouse and wiped? I can't imagine those

Late at night, when Nathan's feeling amorous, his head plays the scrambled Spice Channel.

Seriously. Everything English people say is a thinly veiled sexual euphemism. Spotted Dick, Bangers and Mash, um… the Queen.

Yeah. Gumbercules, that was freakin' hilarious.

Based on that picture…
…it would seem Wolverine's origin involved one hell of a night at a Turkish bath house.

Is that you on the cover with a tv on your head, Nathan, or did they get a model to stand in for you?

That's not the way Little Lulu tells it. Are you saying she's yet another white revisionist historian? Dammit! That's the last time I try to learn something from children's comic books. Probably.

Galaxy Quest
Hey. Didn't you say you were going to write up "Galaxy Quest" in between seasons?

Maybe at the point Widmore is banished Eloise is already in love with him (and carrying his child?) and so when he leaves the island, she comes with.

Zeig - yes you will enjoy it. The tone and relative mysteriousness of the plot in "Paranoia Agent" is much closer to "Paprika".

That's a good point. Her emotional distance could be for a good reason. This is probably another character like so many on the show that will play very differently the second time around.

Oh, just tuck your junk between your legs. No one will be able to tell the difference.

Don't be tantalizing me with stories of punching pies that aren't going to come true.

Little Lulu at The Alamo
It's about time historians acknowledged the part Little Lulu played in the massacre at The Alamo. She brutally murdered her fair share of Mexican soldiers that day, I can tell you.

As much as I dislike Eloise I really hope they give us some nice juicy backstory on Eloise and Widmore and their relationship. Despite the fact that Widmore seems like an irredeemable dick he's the one character I'd like most to know more about. It just seems like there's a lot more to him than they've let on so far.

Yummsh - Didn't Daniel say that the bomb would prevent the incident (somehow) and thus the 815 would never be pulled onto the island and instead everyone would land in Los Angeles like they were planning to and they would go on with their lives never knowing each other or anything about the island? I use normal as a
