Being a long time Soundgarden fan, I can say with full confidence King Animal is everything I hoped it would be. I absolutely hated the single, but it has grown on me, and sitting with the rest of the album it is really good. Highlights are - Worse Dreams, Rowing, By Crooked Steps, Black Saturday and Bones of Birds.
