Just to confirm, I decided to learn the original track. The original song has an okay beat, but with Depeche Mode as the backing track, it just gains a fast paced energy that would actually inspire me to want to get in a massive sex crazed party in the Holiday Inn.

Thanks To Girl Talk
I know that Hotel Room Service sounds really fun when set behind Depeche Mode. Definitely one of the most valuable lessons I learned from All Day.

@ryan1: We'll have to differ on that. I just feel like I would so join a cult for this film. And I just don't see it as a mere SyFy film, but something far more worse and yet somehow better than what I think of what airs on that channel. Out of curiosity though, were you ever a fan of MST3K? I think that would help in

Well, C.C. Baxter, if you want another view, as I said in the thread above, I think this film is very hilarious and well worth your time. It does help if you're also into fantasy, since it does play into the conventions of the genre. I think Danny McBride did a very fine job here, with some nice comedic swagger mixed

I have to tip my hat and say that I really, really disagree with Nathan here. I saw a preview screening of this a month or so ago and I just found it hysterically funny all the way through. And both of the jokes described have, to my mind, nothing whatsoever to do with a fear of being seen as gay. I mean, I am not

@Erik: There are a few bits of boringness here and there, but then something more insane or badly done shows up later on. I think it's well worth seeing at least once, and if a midnight screening ever takes place, take a chance on it. I can't speak for The Room though. One of my friends liked it and it could be a nice

And they're probably edited better than this, mic'ed better than this, more comprehensible than this. Probably safe bet that they have better acting than this. Honestly, it really is in a complete class by itself.

@whataworkout: I've got a category even worse than badly made dramatic films. Badly made or downright terrible comedies. There, there really is no hope for those who enter. I think my worst cinematic experience, outside of The Last Airbender, would have to be The Master Of Disguise, which is pretty much the nadir of

I went to a midnight screening of this just last weekend. I definitely really enjoyed it and I don't really want to say that it's completely ironic. I mean, when a film can be as entertaining as Birdemic was, it honestly can be a really good film because of how incompetantly made it was. It's also probably the only

Any New York People Tried Prune?
I've heard really excellent things about it, and the few times I've passed by it on the weekend have shwon that it does attract a lot of people. I'm wondering if anyone here's given it a shot.

Rocko's Modern Life
There were definitely a bunch of sexual references which just completely went over my head and which only now, after hearing about them again. In particular, there's one scene in an episode where Heffer gets stimulated by a cleaning machine, or something along those lines. I remember later showings

That Was Remarkably Short
Any reason for why so few people responded this time around compared to other AVQ&A's?

Yes, because I tend to find these to be well written enough that it doesn't matter whether or not I've seen them or not.

Gotcha. Because the way I was reading Noel's statement, it seemed like he was saying that only C.K.'s sketches were really off-the-wall and played a big part in its cancellation and I wasn't sure if that was the case.

Even though it's a bit older and draws a little bit on a comedy from the 90's to a certain extent, I'd also like to submit Curb Your Enthusiasm as another candidate for why we're in a Golden Age of Comedy.

I Was Definitely One Of The Faithful Few
In some ways, I do prefer Lucky Louie a little bit more to his current series just because I did feel that it was a show that was more intent on being funny, whereas the few episodes I saw of Louie went for all sorts of different tones and was a little hit or miss for my taste.

I haven't seen the actual show, but just looking at the picture on the top, I agree wholeheartedly with you, my Chinese comrade!

Also, on the Nicktoons front, they also don't have Rocko's Modern Life, Ahhh! Real Monsters, or Angry Beavers. All those shows were the metaphorical bomb!

Adjustment Team
Shame that this got a bad review, because it had potential to be quite good.

Interesting Point About The Different Models
It's an interesting point made about how the economics of television and movies differ enough that even huge numbers on T.V. don't mean a success because they're not getting the young viewers. However, another factor I also see that makes The Good Wife on the bubble is
