It deserves a lot more respect and recognition. IMO, it's the best thing Jody Hill/Ben Best/Danny McBride et al have done, including Eastbound and Down.

The exceedingly excellent "Observe and Report" featured both Michael Pena and Jesse Plemons playing exactly to type; Pena fun but secretly diabolical, and Plemons somewhat dim but ultimately steadfast. Also loved Pena's stint in Season 2 of "Eastbound and Down."

Actually, Stan created Piss Cup Fan Boy, who made his first appearance back in Daredevil #32. He threw a piss cup in Matt Murdock's face and was subsequently arrested for assaulting a blind man.

I remember overhearing a bunch of 8th grade girls in a video store talking about renting this movie when it came out. "Yeah, Carrie, you'll love the first scene." That was more disturbing than the movie itself.
