Its hard for any episode to live up to the last one. A quiet one was probably needed for pacing, so it really felt like a snooze after the multiple heart attack inducing episodes that preceded it.

For some reason I thought Stef's Dad was a widower so I was surprised when her Mom was there.

Of course you should add the second part of The fosters season, its been emotional.

Hate that it was ever one or the other both enjoyable shows.

I hated Wyatt throwing in the towel, but was mega impressed he didnt throw the doughnuts at Brandon and have a teenboy strop.

Not I.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

So sad,far far too young, he's one of the few cast members I was interested to see what he would do once free from glee.

With an extra sibling around there would have been less focus on Bay. Also given it was shown the girls were never friends, Daphne basically took on Bays friendship group so Bay would likely had nerdier friends or just less friends to distract her from studying.

Mike needs a transfer. I really hoped that he wouldnt make it past the pilot as the cop partner thing was too awkward and I wanted to get to know the family as a unit first.

The family dinner was damn beautiful TV, the tolerent but still overprotective Catholics, the lightbulb going off for the conservative dad then urrrgh DrunkMariana shows up.
I loved how sweet they were to Callie though, not blaming her but reiterating that she should call when there is trouble.

Emmett cheating on Bay really was the worst move this show ever made. This episode highlighted how huge the chemistry is and how easy the 2 were together.

I'm sure they could have paid him off.

The core family feel like real people in a real family, they are all flawed enough to be easy to love.

Ty and Bay make me really, really miss Bay and Emmett.

That was so an 'Oh shit we forgot Toby' scene.

The whole episode felt like it was on fastforward, the kiddies having sex, the foster sibling love declaration/shutdown, the marianna rebelling, the nailpolish.
But I did love it anyway.

John looked greyer this week, in that way politicians age overnight.
It was bugging me right until he was on the floor.

I hope Val has some counselling spots open.

And if he is a super genius surely he can be doing something more lucrative than latte art.
