Gus Gus was my favorite as a child. Why would ABC think people would want to see Gus ripped in half?

I do not believe that much thought went into the creation of the movie.

I agree. A well constructed curse should get R to his son, seconds after he failed to follow him.

To be fair, King George did adopt. However, given that he had to go to rumpelstiltskin, I don't think it's so easy to find a kid. Not all cultures do adoption the way we do, so it might not be a viable option.

I think for a lot of these woman part of the fantasy is that the woman is so amazing that even this otherwise horrible person can't help but fall in love with her. See: Lady and the Tramp, Community"Virtual Systems Analysis" The dangerous person is dangerous to everyone but her because she too awesome to resist.

When Barney walked in declaring himself single, I literally stopped to try to remember if he had been dating anyone. The first thing I came up with was that time he and Robin slept together. That's how memorable I found the Quinn story line.
