I think Zack is a less-is-more kind of character that I'd hate after extended use but enjoy in the now. Most of these characters are, so I guess putting him in the series regulars wouldn't be out of place.

Specifically, Jenny's name.

I'll be in my bunk.

For me, it was the other way around. My Chinese name is my middle name, and I've always identified by my Western name (taken from my father's middle name), as have all the kids in my family in our generation. Even my ex, who mostly spoke to me in Mandarin, referred to me by my Western name, even in Mandarin.

"Do you, Salt, taking you, Salt…"

My sarcasm detector is acting bizarrely! I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not!

Do they? Theoretically they could have two different bodies, since they tend to work with Kathryn as well. Granted, I imagine that's mostly during the double scenes, but it's not preposterous to think that maybe they occasionally use Kathryn for these kinds of scenes as well.

Well, I don't know how UK insurance works, but it was probably already pretty bad with the leuk(a)emia and all.

It's not being retconned. Maggie Chen is a Prolethean, and we know she 1) was planning marks for Helena and 2) hunting down Ethan Duncan; all of that was in Season Two. She just happened to meet her end while going to a Prolethean safehouse by complete accident.

I kind of almost wish they had Donnie correcting her, and her responding with, "Oh right, you are loving husband. Jesse is boyfriend."

"It's one of those really bad [colds] that messes with your…syntax."

Likewise, but for the whole "I'm probably not her type" situation.

I appreciate the writing of the Batman/Man-Bat joke, but it made me miss the rapid-fire delivery of those kinds of jokes on Happy Endings.

THANK YOU. ArcherBot in the pool seems very likely.

He was in The Last King of Scotland and I liked him there, but when I heard his American accent in Wanted I was more than a little horrified. I mean, I've heard fake American accents, but none more ear-stabbing than that one.

All the obvious ones have been noted, I think, so I'll at the very least jump film markets and nominate Infernal Affairs II. I always liked how that one expanded the backstories of the characters in Infernal Affairs and thought it was beautifully done.

I can't believe how ripped Kevin James looks in this one.

"It's complicated."

I actually really like Interstellar, including that endgame. Yeah, it's long, but it's pretty fantastically realized.

It's a combination of both. Yes, they try to wring pathos out of it, but they also do milk the dissonance that is Jane Krakowski playing a Native American for every penny that it's worth, partly because outside of that backstory this role is Socialite Jenna Maroney.
