I still like and have interest for Walter's character. Yes I think he's an idiot, narcissist and I don't approve his actions. But he's so interesting as a character and one of the main reasons I watch the show and think it's awesome. I think Vince Gilligan created this character in a honest and real way, and the fact

They didn't want to steal the meth. They wanted to send a message to Gus, so he would communicate with them. So they only took what they needed to give those methheads, so that later Mike could find them and the message.

Why can't people enjoy this show any more? I don't know, I thought this episode was pretty cool. It had a good story, character-driven, with some very good jokes. It was not the best thing "Futurama" came up with, but it was still very entertaining and obviously better than both the previous episodes.
