I have to disagree, just kidding. Just because you get quieter, does not necessarily mean you are underplaying something, just kidding. It is still exaggerating the situation, and a pretty lame joke to begin, just kidding. Taking a bad joke and repeating it twenty times in a row does not make it funny, just kidding.
Not posing at all. I haven't watched at all this year before this weekend, and only a few times over the past few years, but each time I have, there has been way too much Kristen Wiig and she has never made me laugh.
You might want to check out what "underplay" really means, as I doubt any of her SNL characters could be described as that.
Many young people like to laugh at funny stuff, and many young people are not amused by the shitty characters of Kristen Wiig. At least, that is what I have to assume, as I don't know what age group I technically fit in anymore, but I know it is not "young"
It doesn't count because it was terribly unfunny and there were no jokes for Day. It was a sketch making fun of Dr. Oz, who was the star of the sketch. Anyone could have played the straight part, so it doesn't count as a starring sketch for Charlie.
I have to say that all of the characters you mentioned are some of the worst characters of all time. Actually, almost all of her characters are terrible. Why can Kristen Wiig be funny in movies, but just fucking irritating on SNL?
If by "consistently great" you meant horribly unfunny and a complete waste of Charlie Day, then I agree with you all the way.
If by higher than a B you mean a D-
That's untrue, I'm 32. Not that I've ever seen an episode of Columbo, but I'm familiar enough with it and could clearly recognize an impression and appreciate the nuances.
Just put it in the butt.
It was a serious waste of Charlie Day. The show was terrible overall, but it wasn't Charlie's fault. How can you not have the host star in a sketch until 12:35? (No, the colon sketch didn't count.)
The only good golden gates are the ones with Raffi on the other side.
That is the episode they will not allow us to watch on the website. Mitch Connor and Mr. Hat go way back.
The first half of this season had a couple good episodes, but was still kind of weak. The second half has been much stronger than anything they have done for a few years.
That unseen force you are referring to IS the 1%.
Yea, I thought the occupied restroom joke was one of their funnier occupy jokes.
Like the time Ron Burgundy and Tom Jones held that seafood buffet open at gunpoint and ate everything they had?
Do people still actually wonder why this country is full of fat fucks like Cartman? If so, this thread will end all doubts.
I may not be up-to-date enough to have a DVR, but the VCR was disconnected years ago. Sorry to disappoint you.
