You DO NOT fuck with the Picard.

Data is hard core
My memory of "Ensigns" was we were expecting Data to come up with some talky way of getting the colonists to see reason. When he eventually got his way by blowing some shit up, we were duly impressed.

A lot of the early SFX shots involving actors were done on video. You could really see it, and it looked terrible.

I had heard of Roy Acuff
But never really knew his place in music. Great read.

SPOILER FOR THE BODY

@Alurin, the reason most states are cutting spending is that most states have to balance their budgets; they can't deficit spend like the feds do. No value judgment there, its just the way things are.

And then he took the boxed wine, dispensed it, and said, "this is my blood, given for you. Do this in remembrance of me."

What no love for the goat? Okay, its an obvius joke, but still…it was the timing that got me.

EXECUTOR.

And it did suck what they did to K'Ehlyar. Not only did we lose a cool character, the death stuck us with the loser character of Alexander.

The wonders of syndication. It allowed to do things back then that couldn't have been done on broadcast, like blowing up Remmick in the "space bugs take over people" episode.

Good Lord, I hope the numbers of that chick's stalkers have faded a bit by now.

My kid is doing Wicked as part of a summer camp
So I'm getting a kick etc. etc…

Well, obviously there is a limit, but these vehicles were designed to go through a metric buttload of mud and stuff and keep going. It's not like the zombies were in a swimming pool. One presumes the city drains were still working at that point.

Yonkers, and my objections to it.
Spoilers for WWZ, natch…

Yep, I'll join the chorus Yankee. Try it. I'm not a big zombie guy, but I found WWZ to be great fun.

Don't call him Shirley.

The Man with the Black Arrow.

I find this disturbing
And yet I thoroughly enjoyed Bioshock. Very strange.

Say again?
