Elsewhere in Rap, i've been listening to Freddie Gibbs new Mixtape "Baby Face Killa" and its quite awesome. Might be my favorite Gibbs release so far. If you have any type of affinity for gangster rap, check this out.

I largely agree with the review, but i like it anymore. Bitch Bad and Lamborghini Angels are classic examples of Lupe reaching a little to hard, but the rest of the album is SOOOO damn good i forgive those missteps completely. I give this an A- myself, one of my fav rap releases all year.

Off-topic, but anyone check out Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor 2 yet? After 2 spins, im REALLY digging it. Orders of magnitude greater than Lazers, and might be rivaling The Cool for my favorite release from him.

Jesus, almost every opinion I have on this album is going against the majority.  I actually liked a good amount, actually thought Big Sean was fairly significantly improved, and thought Kanye West turned a corner as i "punchline rapper" so to speak.
