I thought these episodes (yeah, I watched the next one- spoiler alert: everyone dies) were an improvement over the primiere. The action was more intense and as McNutt mentioned the connection to the larger global-intelligence community is working so far. Here's hoping the writers don't squander this larger world and

I'd agree with that but Spartacus is far better plotted (season wise) and does far far more character work than this show. I'm sure this show needs character work. They've first have to get me to learn the names of the Major that just got usurped back at Sec. 20 and the female Sgt that I assumed was going to die out

I felt the action scenes didn't quite match the , exciting, visceral, and well executed nature they had going they season. The ambush when Scott is temporally knocked out just didn't look like a good action set piece and neither did their retaking the of the McGuffin case.

I do really like the scene in the Oval Office where they're testing Will's ability to speak truth to power. It's small and at of the blue. wonderful.

I really liked Mortimer's delivery of "When the going gets tough, you two really man up".

You're clearly wrong as Josh is using 'Star Trek' to represent the entire Trek universe since he mentions Cardassians.

I did not care for Josh's explanation of 'obsession' to the Star Trek fan. I completely understand professionalism and appropriate attire in the workplace, to say nothing of the White House but Sam had a Lakers pennant up, long forgotten Ainsley Hayes (Fuck you CSI: Miami) received a framed musical poster to place on

I'm mostly sarcastic in my post but in truth none of the points you raised or other critics (except when the female characters do not act competently) have ever bothered me. And I suspect we'll always disagree on this seeing as I thought this one of the better episodes you it still got lambasted.
