I wish someone would start a 24/7 news channel showing the human rights abuses occurring in Russia…and in the US and around the world.  One of the biggest problems that allows human rights abuses to be perpetuated is lack of attention.

I am instantly offended by the line I wrote, recorded, and had produced by highly paid music professionals over dozens of hours.  Instantly.  Offended. 

As much as most guys like that are most likely vacuous dullards, I do respect their dedication to eating right and exercising to get those kind of results.
