Too bad the producers didn't really throw caution to the wind and make this season like 'Till Death's bizarre last season.

I remember that the first season of Buffy aired on The WB on the same night and time as my Cub Scout meetings and that I told my parents I would quit scouting if they didn't buy tapes and record the episodes on our VCR for me.  My ultimatum worked!

I hope they do something to give it a satirical twist.  The producers and Ru should know from their perusal of social media that most people weren't down on the big auditorium, Idol-style final (they weren't down on it, right?  most of the avclub last season seemed to feel that way, but I'm not sure how representative
