yeah that was the one. my friend has xm radio is his car and i always make sure to listen to xmu when i get the chance.

i heard a sylvan esso song on xm radio on monday and it was good as hell.

I can capitalize properly; I choose not to.

this is something i care about deeply. punctuation should only be used as needed, whereas structuring sentences to maximize clarity through word choice and order is always useful.

"me and my friends" is never correct. the first person pronoun should always be second.

which is a useful tool. sometimes two clauses should be connected, even if they are both complete sentences. i find the semicolon to be a more elegant solution than to add an unnecessary conjunction.

yeah this is one of the few places where i disagree with vonnegut. also, i don't like using the n-word.

i'd argue that a lot of rules in grammar can be subverted and that the english language is mutable.

yes, it makes more sense to write in a clear manner than use unnecessary punctuation.

not using it does not obscure what you're trying to say. any example of an oxford comma clarifying a sentence's meaning can be solved instead by rearranging the list.

"we invited JFK, Joseph Stalin and the strippers."

100 times this.

i love semicolons. they have an important usage in communication. there is no need, ever, for the oxford comma.

oxford comma fans are the weirdest people on earth. why would you ever use more punctuation than necessary for reading comprehension?

i am dead now. you have killed me and will be promptly arrested for murder.

this makes me physically ill.

*golf clap*

off-topic: where do you guys stand on the oxford comma? i hate it and always eschew it, but my coworkers think i'm nuts. any unnecessary punctuation, in my opinion, should be avoided and the oxford comma is always unnecessary.

i bought love you to death on june 5, 2016 and i don't think i've listened to it since.
