Shitty scheduling is an American Dad tradition going back to the Fox days. It might be the most resilient show in TV history.

Remember "Peak TV"? Phew, glad that's over with.

American Dad returns to TBS tonight for the first of six weeks of episodes through the end of August.

Right, along with a strong ensemble cast of characters.

Yes, and it's often used as a derisive term by right-wingers (especially Mike Huckabee) to refer to the provision of public assistance.

He was doing OK until he had to present a showcase. By that point he clearly wanted to take his money for charity and get the hell out of that madhouse.

NCIS: LA's Chris O'Donnell was a celebrity guest on Friday's rerun of The Price Is Right, in which CBS put him in danger of dying from embarrassment.

I'm sure they must have done audience research on that thing, but it just doesn't make any sense to me, unless that kid is some kind of sensational actor.

Matt, is there anything new on the CBS fall schedule that you have especially high hopes for?

Why did they cancel it? Because CBS was hell-bent to launch a Friday sitcom block with four brand-new shows, right into the teeth of the established ABC lineup. That block lasted just over a month.

Let 'em try and unleash the "attack dogs". The people don't want this shitburger, even Republicans. The power of the ACA to whip the base into a frenzy is long gone.

It's one of those movies that was on constant rotation on my regional pay cable back in the day. Probably have seen it more than any non-MST3K film.

It was bullshit to pull it in the middle of election season without even having anything ready to take its place. Late night shows simply aren't yanked like that.

A good movie to bond over is The King of Comedy.

"Also of note, CBS is now airing Bob at 8:30 p.m., to general apathy."

Jeopardy! recap for Fri., Jul. 21 - Connie was doing well in the early going, but a miss on DD2 stopped her momentum and the battle came down to champ Justin and George, who got the final clue of DJ to nail down first place with $16,800 vs. $14,400 for Justin and $7,500 for Connie.

If they would do one episode a month and premiere them as they do comedy specials, that would be fine by me.

Hmmm…reads to me like Joel absolutely expects the show and the brand to continue, Netflix or no Netflix. If cost is an issue, I assume a shorter season along the lines of season seven is always a possibility.

Virtually everyone in the health care industry is against it. The majority of the American people are against it. These clowns have succeeded in one thing - making the public realize they like the ACA.

Billy and Camp? I'd give that a look.
