The key area of confusion seems to be that the show portrayed "goofy Nazis", while the Nazis were consistently shown as cold and ruthless. The bumbling Germans, Klink and Schultz, were German military but were not Nazis and mainly feared them.

Yep.
So as the ultimate CBS expert, do you think Young Sheldon, a single-cam about an obnoxious little kid who we are told is the same guy from The Big Bang Theory, fits with what works for the average CBS fan? Will the TBBT tie-in be enough to carry it?
"Bob Crane is best known for starring in the inexplicably popular Nazi-themed sitcom Hogan’s Heroes…"
There are a few head-shakers in every game, that's for sure.
A tap-dancing Victoria Jackson is the only thing Young Sheldon is missing.
I must say I'm surprised at how much I'm digging The President Show so far. It's almost like having The Colbert Report back one night a week (with a side of Jiminy Glick).
Maybe, but I don't think so. This is not in the CBS wheelhouse at all. Just tying it to TBBT isn't going to be enough.
By the way, I'm sure you noticed that on Tuesday, Rachel Maddow completely trounced Fox News in the ratings, even with total viewers! She's doing the type of business O'Reilly used to do.
Guess we know Ryan spent his free time watching gangster movies when he wasn't reading Ayn Rand.
My Manwich!
If no one else rings in right away after the incorrect guess, they really should play the rest of the clip, which was quickly cut off.
MWaP might be making a very quick entry, any one of the newcomers or Superior Donuts could flop big time.
The 2-hour Monday sitcom block was a bad idea last year and an even worse one now that Kevin Can Wait's audience has shriveled up. And will Superior Donuts ever see 1.0 again by 2018? I wouldn't bet on it.
Holy hell, does Young Sheldon look like a disaster. I'm calling it now, CBS blew it big time with this one. It might actually make people retroactively hate TBBT.
Jeopardy! recap for Wed., May 17 - In the third and final game of the second round of the Teachers Tournament, no one really took command most of the way. In the late stages Mary finally began to gain control, coming up just short of a runaway at $12,200 vs. $6,600 for Michael and $3,200 for Holly.
And if this is a hit, watch for That 2000s Show, coming 2018 on Fox!
Of course this was by far the worst game of the week, since Alex gave it such a build-up.
What is this, Allen Gregory, the live-action series?
But if she's bragging about her Yelp status, she's surely going to get caught.
