And if I remember correctly the Raston costume was actually one of the androids from "Earthshock"…

If I recall correctly (I could be wrong) all the music in "Tomb of the Cybermen" is from stock.

"Resistance is useless" was a stock science fiction phrase going around in the sixties and seventies. I'd wager that it's more likely that the Nextgen writing staff got it from Douglas Adams.

Cyber popularity
"[The Cybermen] were the only alien menaces to rival the Daleks in popularity, and had picked up considerable cachet by virtue of debuting in Hartnell's final episode, essentially getting credit for taking him out."

"Are there ANY good Sixth Doctor serials?"

"The Jensen Project was only able to scrape together 3.86 viewers"
I wonder who the .86 of the viewers was.

Arsenio, what do you think?

Okay…
I take it that this is not about the elephant from SANTA SANGRE, then?

Dashed clever! Have they got a flag?

Mille Bornes: The Movie. It'll be a bit like Mad Mad Mad Mad World. With Sasha Baron Cohen.

What are the bees telling me to do?
KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL

Damnit
"Or perhaps 1952 will reveal the fact that both Dwight D. Eisenhower and Elizabeth II were reptilian overlords."

@smm: DEMONS was great just for watching Philip Glenister fail to convey a New York accent. John Barrowman slipped up quite a bit in the first season of TORCHWOOD ("eastrogen"?), which is less forgivable as actually lived in the Chicago area for something like a decade.

@RB, to be fair, while his conviction that the reviews are poorly written remains as unshakeable as ever, it's not clear to me that he hasn't conceded on the specific issue of capitalizing after the colon.

Okay, so you're calling it a "non-review" because you don't intend for it to be held up to the more rigorous standards of professional criticism. I got it.

Wikipedia: "A review is an evaluation of a publication, such as a movie, video game, musical composition, book; a piece of hardware like a car, home appliance, or computer; or an event or performance, such as a live music concert, a play, musical theater show or dance show."

Only Chuck Klosterman will like that movie.

Wha?
"Also, it'll give you the chance to do these lads a solid and buy them some beer."

I'm a bit confused as to how this isn't a review.

Tom Six all the way.
