Isn't THIS what's on tonight's CBB?

I didn't know my 8 year old posted here.

Margo Martindale is no spring chicken and isn't in top shape either, but I wouldn't fuck with her on THE AMERICANS.

Honestly, I would not be surprised. Loblaws, a pretty big Ontario chain, has a location not that far from the film studio where I work and also where a certain narrator filmed a little movie called Cinderella Man (aka Señor Princesa).

This is similar to the Canadian show on Food Network, "Recipe to Riches" which also has home cooks bring in their own food products. But the best (or maybe not) part is that each week's winner appears in the Loblaws grocery store chain that weekend and the general public can try it themselves. Then the end of the

My kids love Darrell's House so very, very much. Especially the theme song. It's been sitting on my DVR for a while now.

Not too long ago, I showed my 8 year old BC:H and he thought it was hilarious. He loved the dentist bit and "Dad is great! He gives us the chocolate cake."

My husband took a class in college on film musicals and one of his takeaways from the professor was "Cyd Charisse has a great set of gams."

I haven't seen any mention of Mike Myers in "54", which I thought was one of the gold standards for this type of list. He plays Studio 54 owner Steve Rubell and he's mesmerizing. It's too bad the movie was mostly a bunch of people being pretty and it fell off the general radar pretty quickly. I don't know if they

Me too! I love this episode and it's one of the most highly quoted round this house:

You know, just last week my cousin claimed to have seen this name on a document at her work. So, I went on Urban Dictionary to check it out and, sure enough, there was a listing. Which makes me pretty doubtful that this name actually exists.

No better than Laserblast.

At the very end of the show last night, he did the stage fainting that his mom taught him and his siblings. It was so sweet.

Done and done.

I was in basketball pep band in High School (I played trombone) and in order to pump ourselves up before the game, we would always sing "Hooked on Polkas" from "Dare to Be Stupid."

That's funny, cause I get KTLA on my cable package here in Toronto. Comes in handy whenever I'm in the mood for a high speed surface street chase.

Based on the title, I assumed it was another Boston Southie-type show  which nobody needs.

I was curious about the beer commercial mentioned in the recap masquerading as a SNL-type skit. So, I looked it up:  http://www.youtube.com/watc…

Last night's show had a Realtor sign in front on Aynsley's house with a 647 area code in the phone number. This is the same area code for my Toronto cell phone.

Frankly, I'm just happy to see a show that is shot in Toronto and is actually set in…Toronto.  Usually it's Toronto that's the clone and not a terribly successful one at that. But I like seeing familiar neighborhoods - I work not too far from where Kira was hit by the car - and hearing references to Scarberia.
