Incidentally (and I'm sure I've mentioned this here before) I'm a script researcher and whenever a production puts a website onscreen, we always recommend that the production actually acquire the domain. HIMYM is one of the few shows that actually does something with it.

Man, I could listen to that all day.

Some good non-fiction I read this year:

Actually, she's the MOST essential Kennedy. It's just that she was fashioned Pinocchio-like out of wood and Ted Sorenson turned her into 50% real girl back in the early 60s.

Each episode is Rubber Man watching an hour of curling.

Actually it airs on The Movie Network which also owns HBO Canada, so close but not quite.

My 6 year old specifically asked for them this year, so they might still be cool. Unless he's into "retro" toys or something. Next he'll ask for that cup and ball on a string.

I recently watched all of these films while preparing my two kids for the new Muppet movie. All of them have their highs and lows, and while MUPPET MOVIE is a bona fide classic, MUPPET CAPER lives in a special place in my heart. MANHATTAN is a little redundant after the original movie, but I do like the Muppet Babies

According to Variety, Netflix is just about to close the deal for new Arrested Development episodes, so, why not?

"I want to go for a ride on the Big Dipper!"

Back in the day, I used to work at the Museum of Television and Radio (currently known as the Paley Center for Media) which serves as a library for television history.
