Ah yes, hence the "s" at the end of "moments."

Joseph Spence!
Thank you! Heard his version of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" on the radio a few years back, but didn't catch the artist. Been looking for it since. Gonna go download it now.

Lovecraft In Brooklyn,

So the part where Captain Aubrey throws a phone at the concierge isn't in the book?

Going Rogue for April?
That would be fun.

Finally
My years of confusion have come to an end.

I should probably read all the comments before I post.

"According to some black guys I know, Tiger Woods ain't really black."

Er, five young punks. I just assume every band has four members like Parliament Funkadelic.

Empty Bottle 2000/2001?
My friend and I went to see GBV play. Walked in and put money on the pool table prior to the show. Waited for punks dressed in leather and chains to finish their game, silently scoffing at their get ups.

Seriously?

I don't mind it being rerun all the time. Just don't watch it if you don't want to.

Love Max Dugan Returns
Was one of many films my family had dubbed onto VHS (3 to a tape). Watched it many times growing up.

Her cover Never Turn Your Back On Mother Earth is f'ing awesome.

@The Lone Audience of the Apocalypse

The new/old Schlitz is good.

I liked this movie a lot as well. It's incredibly depressing, but great none the less.

The only reference I picked up was the one that smacks you right in the face (if you're familiar with the album art). That was pretty cool.

Yeah, I don't know, I really liked it. I had the three great movies of 2008 ordered 1) There Will Be Blood 2) Jessie James 3) No Country.

Yeah, did everyone working at the AVClub just forget that "…Jessie James…" was made? How does it not even make honorable mentions?
